Job Description

The ideal candidate will help to solve complex business problems from strategy to execution. The skills and responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:Strategy:Conduct Research and compile data/information on various topics as needed to support decision-making related to the growth strategy of the company as well as to optimise the operational performance of the existing portfolioGather market and competitive intelligence to prepare and regularly update the competitive landscapeProvide business analytic strength by analyzing large amounts of data to help drive strategic initiatives and provide insights for business leaders to support strategic decision-makingWork with core business teams to streamline business and operation processesCollaborate on the design, development, maintenance, and delivery of models, metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards to drive business decisionsDraft and iterate short- and long-term strategy proposals for the business unitPrepare materials for meetings including agendas, presentation C reports and MoM to track action pointsHelp to analyze the regulatory landscape for the RE industryHelp to streamline the procurement processes to streamline vendor selection while delivery higher cost efficiencyProgram Management:Collaborate with various functional teams for planning and hands-on execution of specific projects.Identify, scope and drive critical projects and initiatives, and drive alignment with cross-functional teams across the organization by developing detailed project plans with activity-based milestonesMaintain organizational standards of quality and performanceAnalyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for managers and stakeholdersProblem solving:Address execution hurdles by implementing creative and cost-effective solutions to overcome operational, financial or logistical challengesAssess and mitigate risks associated with procurement, asset management, and project execution, ensuring steady progress of the critical projects.Anticipate commercial, operational, logistical and process related bottlenecks and develop proactive strategies to ensure progress and efficiency across projectsActively anticipate and mitigate communication gaps or procedural delays between stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of output
