Job Title

We are seeking an experienced SAP Service Cloud (C4C) Consultant with deep Utilities (IS-U) industry expertise to lead and deliver end-to-end implementations. This C2C position requires both functional and technical strength, with hands-on configuration experience and proven integration skills between SAP Service Cloud, S/4HANA, and IS-U systems.Key Responsibilities:Lead full-cycle SAP Service Cloud implementations for Utilities clients.Translate Utilities processes (e.g., service requests, outages, billing inquiries) into tailored SAP solutions.Configure SAP Service Cloud backend and manage deliverables across project phases.Drive integrations with SAP S/4HANA and IS-U, ensuring clean data flow and business alignment.Guide clients on SAP and Utilities best practices for customer service operations.Support testing, documentation, training, and knowledge transfer.Required Skills:10+ years of SAP experience, 3+ years in SAP Service Cloud.Strong functional knowledge of IS-U processes (must-have).Proven experience with SAP Service Cloud + IS-U/S/4HANA integration.Hands-on configuration skills in SAP C4C.Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., SAP CPI).Agile project experience and team leadership (including offshore coordination).Nice to Have:SAP Service Cloud certification.Experience with SAP SDK/custom enhancements.Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.
