Job Description

Responsible for overall business targets for the allocated area (Part of the Region), with an equal focus on business development, execution, and team handling. Understanding of tangible asset valuation, real estate valuation approaches – Market approach, Income approach and Cost approach of valuations. Various types of values viz. Market Value, Fair Value, Reinstatement Cost, Depreciated Replacement Cost, Highest and Best Value, various purposes of valuations i.e. mortgage/collateral security, fund raising, purchase/sale, insurance, financial statement reporting, mergers/demergers, etc., technical due diligence, development control regulations, International Valuation Standards, RICS Red Book norms, Lenders Engineering (LE), feasibility studies, TEV studies, etc.Business Development Implementation of Business Development Plan in close co-ordination with Head Business Development for the allocated operational areasRelationship Management. Maintain existing business relationships, and development of new relationships in the allocated operation areas.Market Development. Developing business in the allocated markets, along with key business tie-ups including sourcing agents, collaborators, connectors etc.Proposal Formulation. Formulation of business proposals, Pre-Qualification Documents, Technical Bids, and Financial Bids in close co-ordination with Head Business Development, empanelment with the banks/NBFCs and other financial institutionsNegotiations and Award. Carrying out assignment specific price negotiations in close co- ordination with Regional Heads and Head Business Development.Project Execution Finalizing the project team comprising of members from Core Execution Team, in co- ordination with the Associate Director - Valuations.Preparation of Project schedule and cost estimates.Understanding the client requirement and communicating the project expectations to the team.Leading the team through the assignment execution. (Brain storming, data collection, analysis, discussion on results, report structure, review of reports, final presentation to client etc.)Coordinating with team members and Head Research for assignment specific inputsUpdating the client with the project progressReviewing the interim submission and final deliverables of the assignment.Ensuring timely billing and collection of receivables from the client.Business Process ManagementEnsuring compliance to Standard Operating Procedures.Ensuring regular updation of all MISsEnsuring collection of LOAs and Advance Payments at start of assignmentFormulating assignment schedule and budgets at start of assignment.Carrying out regular client interactions during the course of the assignment.Monitoring team engagement and productivities (Time sheet updations)Timely billing and collection of payments.Collection of receivables from past Debtors.Team DevelopmentConducting Project based learning workshop along with all CET team members, to review the delivery of the assignment and articulate the learning derived from the same.Reviewing individual learning calendar for the CET team members, and ensuring regular interactions between the team member and allocated guide.QualityThe Candidate shall review /create the quality control process.
