This role is critical in ensuring the financial health and compliance of the organization, supporting strategic decision-making, and driving sustainable growth.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management & ReportingDevelop and implement robust financial policies, systems, and internal controls.Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, MIS reports, and dashboards for CXOs, board members, and auditors.Finalize trial balances and manage monthly/quarterly provisions.Forecast cash flows, assess borrowing needs, and manage fund allocations for operational and investment purposes.Monitor cash flow and working capital to ensure liquidity and financial stability.Accounting & ComplianceOversee end-to-end accounting operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and reconciliations.Ensure full compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (IND AS), tax regulations, and other statutory obligations.Handle all statutory filings including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other legal compliances in a timely and accurate manner.Collaborate with auditors and lead statutory and internal audits to ensure timely completion and compliance.Budgeting & Cost ManagementLead and support the budgeting process at both organizational and departmental levels.Track budget vs. actual performance, analyze variances, and provide insights on deviations.Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies for financial efficiency.Taxation & Regulatory ComplianceManage corporate tax planning and ensure all tax filings are in accordance with applicable regulations.Stay abreast of changes in tax and financial laws and ensure timely implementation of necessary changes.Stakeholder CollaborationLiaise with external stakeholders including banks, legal advisors, vendors, and government authorities.Support special financial projects and cross-functional initiatives with timely data and insights.Team LeadershipLead, mentor, and motivate the finance and accounts team to achieve operational excellence.Conduct performance reviews, identify training needs, and foster a culture of continuous learning.Qualifications & SkillsQualified Chartered Accountant with 1–5 years of post-qualification experience.Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, SAP).Advanced MS Excel and financial reporting tool skills.Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, IND AS, and Indian taxation laws.Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.Effective communicator with leadership ability to manage teams and engage stakeholders.Why Join MSCR?Be part of a fast-growing organization committed to advancing global healthcare.Work in a collaborative, innovation-driven environment.Access to professional development and career growth opportunities.Competitive compensation and benefits package.
