We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactiveAdministrative Executiveto oversee and support all administrative duties in the office. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, effective internal coordination, and supports various departments with essential administrative functions. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage daily office operations and administrative procedures. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance, repairs, and utilities. Manage records, documentation, and filing systems both digitally and physically. Assist in the planning and coordination of meetings, events, and conferences. Support travel arrangements including bookings, accommodations, and itineraries. Maintain office cleanliness and ensure a tidy, organized workspace. Handle incoming and outgoing communication such as emails, mail, and phone calls. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as requested. Act as a liaison between internal departments and external stakeholders. Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures. Assist HR with onboarding, documentation, and new hire arrangements when needed. Requirements: Proven experience in an administrative or office management role. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
