The ideal candidate will be experienced in broking, B2B development, or strategic alliances and has a proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships, negotiate effectively, and deliver consistent sales performance.Responsibilities: Channel Sales & Broking Develop and manage broker networks and channel partnerships. Ensure consistent performance and target achievement through partner engagement and training. B2B Partnership Development Identify, pitch, and onboard new business partnerships (travel agents, OTAs, aggregators, etc.). Manage partner relationships end-to-end, including contract negotiation and account performance. Strategic & Digital Alliances Build and manage alliances with digital platforms, fintechs, insurtechs, and other travel-related businesses. Work cross-functionally with internal teams to develop joint offerings and go-to-market plans. Corporate Distribution Engage with corporates for group and employee travel insurance solutions. Work with decision-makers (HR/Admin/Travel Heads) to close enterprise-level opportunities.Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is mandatory. 2–10 years of experience in travel insurance sales (either with a broker or an insurer). Strong understanding of insurance products, distribution channels, and sales processes. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a dynamic environment. Knowledge of the travel or insurance ecosystem will be an added advantage.
