Designation/Role:Executive Assistant – CEO Office (Core Team) Location:Noida Reports to:Chief Executive OfficerTHE POSITIONThe Executive Assistant will play a pivotal role in supporting the CEO and Core Leadership Team in executing strategic projects, driving digital transformation initiatives, and managing stakeholder relationships. The role requires exceptional organizational abilities, strong project management skills, and a deep understanding of the education sector. This position serves as a critical link between vision and execution, ensuring seamless coordination and timely delivery of high-priority initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive & Calendar Management Manage and optimize the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and meetings Coordinate scheduling with internal and external stakeholders across time zones and campuses Ensure preparation of materials and briefings for all meetingsCommunication & Correspondence Draft, proofread, and manage official communications and documentation Prepare reports, emails, presentations, and notes with a high degree of professionalism Maintain follow-up mechanisms for key action items from leadership meetingsTravel & Event Coordination Plan and coordinate travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics Manage expense reports, reimbursements, and other administrative requirements Assist with logistics for key internal events, conferences, and leadership forumsOffice Support Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) for the CEO’s office Handle confidential documents with utmost discretion Serve as a liaison between the CEO’s office and internal/external stakeholdersProject Management Lead and support cross-functional projects aligned with the school’s strategic priorities Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation for school-wide initiatives Coordinate with academic, operational, and administrative teams to ensure timely execution and delivery Monitor project milestones, flag risks or delays, and recommend corrective actions as neededQualifications Postgraduate degree from a recognized B-school. 8-10 years of relevant work experience in executive support, or operations roles. Strong command over planning tools, communication strategies, and cross-functional coordination. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exposure to the education sector preferred.Must-Have Skills & Competencies Ability to synthesize complex information into executive-level communication.
