Develop structural models up toLOD 350for wood/timber, LGS, and hot-rolled steel structures. Ensure drafting complies with U.S. building codes, standards, and project specifications. Coordinate with structural engineers and other disciplines for design integration and accuracy. Collaborate throughAutodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)for project coordination. Review and mark up drawings usingBluebeamand manage clash detection inNavisworks . Lead and mentor a team of structural drafters, ensuring timely delivery and quality control. Contribute to ongoing improvements in drafting standards and workflows.Required Skills and Experience: 3–6 years of experience instructural drafting and modeling , specifically for U.S.-based projects. Proficient inAutodesk RevitandAutoCAD(Mandatory). Strong knowledge ofwood/timber framing systems ,LGS , andhot-rolled steel structures .
