As part of our mission, we aim to grow into aUnicorn by 2026and plan to get listed in the next 3–5 years.Location:Mumbai Reports To:Managing Director Industry:FinTech / Investment Advisory Function:Sales – Portfolio Management Services (PMS) Experience:15–20 YearPosition Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and strategicPMS Sales Headto lead our Portfolio Management Sales vertical. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in the equity PMS/AIF space, with demonstrated experience in scaling AUM, building elite client relationships, and leading high-performance sales teams. This is a leadership role with Pan-India responsibilities and high visibility in the organization’s growth journey.Key Responsibilities: Lead PMS/AIF sales strategy and execution with full P&L responsibility. Develop and grow a high-value HNI/UHNI client base and institutional partnerships. Drive sales campaigns, client acquisition strategies, and customer engagement initiatives. Set up and manage strong distribution networks, including partnerships and wealth managers. Plan and execute educational and relationship-building events for clients and distributors. Build and manage a high-performing national sales team with deep domain expertise. Achieve a target AUM of ₹10,000 Cr by 2026 and help position the firm among top PMS players in India. Regularly engage with clients to align investment strategies with their long-term financial goals. Monitor competitor activity, market dynamics, and product innovations to stay ahead. Report directly to the MD and collaborate closely with product, marketing, and investment research teams.Key Qualifications: Education:Master’s in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields. MBA or CFA is preferred. Experience: 15–20 years of experience in financial services, specifically equity PMS/AIF sales. At least 10–12 years in a leadership role managing high-performing teams. Demonstrated success in scaling PMS/AIF businesses and driving large AUM growth. Strong understanding of capital markets, client relationship management, and regulatory frameworks. Exceptional communication, leadership, and client-handling skills.Who Should Apply? Proven leaders in the wealth or asset management space.
