With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward.Responsibilities: Assist in monitoring fraud risk indicators and support the investigation of suspicious activities. Conduct in-depth analysis of transactions, trends, and behavioral patterns to detect potential fraud. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, Compliance, Internal Audit, IT, and Operations to address fraud risks and incidents. Support the implementation of fraud prevention tools and strategies. Participate in the preparation of fraud risk reports and dashboards for management review. Ensure timely documentation and resolution of fraud cases, including escalation and recommendations for process improvements. Stay updated on emerging fraud trends, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Assist in developing and delivering training and awareness programs on fraud prevention across the organization. Contribute to periodic fraud risk assessments and audits. Ensure all fraud management activities comply with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Assist in updating fraud risk procedures and guidelines as necessary. . What you'll need: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Risk Management, or a related field. 4–5 years of experience in fraud risk management, investigations, or a related discipline. Experience with fraud detection systems and data analysis tools is a plus. Strong analytical and investigative skills. Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information discreetly. Excellent communication and report-writing abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office and fraud monitoring tools. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
