It assists businesses in their complete life cycle and has expertise in business laws, corporate laws and finances (including but not limited to) e.g. Startup/Business registrations under the applicable laws, governance, ongoing compliances, NCLT Litigation, Forex & FDI Compliances under FEMA, IPR, GST, Income Tax, Labour Laws, NGO related compliances, funding & accounting, Insolvency & closure of businesses.Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a CS Trainee at Kumar Lal & Sharma LLP, located in Haryana, India. The CS Trainee will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and filing of various legal and statutory documents, conducting compliance audits, maintaining statutory records, and liaising with regulatory authorities.
