Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement the company's real estate purchasing strategy. Identify and evaluate potential property investment opportunities. Lead negotiations to secure favourable terms and prices. Conduct thorough due diligence, including financial analysis, legal review, and market research. Collaborate with legal, finance, and project teams to ensure smooth transaction processes. Maintain relationships with brokers, agents, and industry contacts. Monitor market trends and advise on investment risks and opportunities. Prepare reports and presentations for executive management. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; Master's preferred. Proven experience (X+ years) in real estate acquisitions or related roles. Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, legal procedures, and financing options. Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams. Proficiency in real estate software and MS Office Suite. Preferred Skills: Experience with commercial and residential property transactions. Familiarity with local real estate laws and regulations.
