The candidate should have a collaborative approach in owning up and discharging his/her responsibilities. The role incumbent will be responsible for managing central operations activities for Secured & un-secured loans. Repayments: End to end Repayments management including NACH registration and EMI presentations. Account maintenance: Management of post disbursal loan life cycle activities: like Part payments and Loan closures Daily and monthly Bank book, Bank statement and system reconciliations Loan Servicing for customer requests and complains received at Operations Insurance Operations: Central Insurance management for all locations Ensure adherence to all Central operations process in collaboration with other functions like sales, credit, customer service, collections. Coordinate for internal and external audits as and when required Adherence to the laid processes and checklist and regular feedback to incorporate adequate controls. Management of contractual resources to ensure productivity and quality of delivery. Proper assistance in audits & compliance related matters and ensuring proper closures with corrective action. Management of MIS’s and ensure all open entries are well reconciled. Follow up with relevant teams for closure of open entries. Execution knowledge of Regulatory activities like CERSAI, CKYC and Bureau reporting criteria. Identify key areas and execute process improvement projects. Execution knowledge of loan disbursements, non-discrepancy checks. Disbursal payments.Graduate with 3-4 years of work experience in Operations (Secured Operations, high value cases). Handled Operations at an HFC / NBFC. Handled a team of on role / contractual staff in previous experience Eye for detail and stretch basis the work requirements. Good communication and multi-tasking skills. Ability to work in a challenging and unstructured / dynamic start-up environment. Skilful in planning tasks and able to prioritize work. Good Collaboration with other functions.
