Team - Artificial Intelligence Centre of Excellence Role: Lead - Product Owner for Data Science projects Position overviewLocation - Chennai/Bangalore/Delhi/Pune/MumbaiExperience - Min 5 yearsIndividual contributor who will be responsible forconceptualize and execute AI projects directly or in partnership with datascience teams across Tata Communications. Success in this role requires a mixof technical, business, and financial skills and the ability to work acrossdifferent stakeholder groups in addition to leadership skills to lead a teamthat can achieve the above objectives. A special focus area for this role would be to identifyideas for creating monetizable product differentiators for Tata Communicationsproducts and services. The objective is to identify ways to leverage the datathat flows through the Tata Communications network or is generated as a part ofinteractions with customers. Success in this area would mean the identificationand creation of new sources of revenue for Tata Communications that leveragethe data and power of AI and Analytics. Detailed job description Bridge technical expertise of data scientistsand domain knowledge of product management, engineering, and operations teams Identify specific ideas across TataCommunications products and services where we can create chargeable services,generate unique insights that can increase the stickiness of existing productsand services or improve existing processes or reduce cost of operations Identify the business problem, convert it into adata science task and define the business KPI that would be impacted for thesaid business problem Understand and call out the potential impact ofsolving the said business problem - qualitative and quantitative Identify data needed to solve the problem andestablish its sufficiency and provenance Define how the model would be integrated intothe existing business workflow and/or any process changes Ensure project progress as per agreed upontimelines and stakeholder management at a working group and executive level Create a set of best practices for definingprojects and building models.
