As aBrand Acquisition Specialist , you will be at the forefront of our growth engine—identifying, engaging, and on-boarding new brands that align with our vision and capabilities. This role blends strategic outreach, consultative selling, and brand partnership development.You’ll be responsible for expanding our client portfolio and building long-term relationships that drive mutual success.CTC - upto 8 LPA + incentivesKey Responsibilities:Identify and qualify high-potential brands for collaboration through outbound and inbound channels. Actively network across digital platforms, industry events, webinars, and communities to generate high-quality leads Plan and meet monthly and quarterly business acquisition targets in line with overall agency growth goals. Develop customized pitches and proposals that showcase the agency’s services and value proposition. Initiate and lead discovery calls with prospective clients to understand their digital marketing needs. Nurture prospects through the sales funnel—right from first contact to final conversion and on-boarding. Collaborate with strategy and creative teams to develop compelling campaign ideas during the pitch process.Requirements:1–3 years of experience in business development, client acquisition, or partnerships within a digital marketing, creative, or branding agency. Proven ability to build relationships and close deals through both network-driven and direct outreach methods. Strong knowledge of digital marketing services such as paid media, SEO, social media, content, branding, etc. Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment with clear targets and KPIs. Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
