Key Responsibilities:Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our automobile products. Qualify leads by assessing customer needs and presenting appropriate product or service solutions. Maintain and update customer information in the LMS system (or other relevant tools). Follow up with leads and prospects to ensure timely responses and maximize conversion rates. Provide detailed product information to customers and address any questions or concerns regarding features, pricing, and financing. Achieve sales targets and KPIs on a monthly and quarterly basis. Handle customer objections with professionalism and perseverance. Collaborate with the marketing team to create strategies that increase customer acquisition and retention. Manage and maintain ongoing relationships with existing customers for repeat business.Required Skills & Qualifications:Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers effectively. Outgoing and confident personality, with a positive attitude and strong persuasion skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven mind-set and a focus on achieving sales goals. Ability to handle rejection and objections gracefully. Familiarity with using CRM systems to track and manage leads and customer information. Knowledge of automobiles and automotive services is a plus. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Desired Skills (Bonus):Previous experience in cold-calling or lead generation in any industry. Candidates from Calling Centres are preferred.Education & Experience:High School diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred). Minimum 1-2 years of telemarketing experience. Previous experience in the automotive sector is a plus, but not required.
