Relevance Lab is hiring for Dynatrace SME.Location: Bangalore (Hybrid) Experience: 4+ yearsKey Responsibilities: Leadend-to-end implementationof Dynatrace solutions across On-Prem, Cloud, and Hybrid environments. Participate insolutioning from inception through PoC to full deployment . Work closely withtechno-functional presales teamsto design Dynatrace-based solutions tailored to customer needs. Customize and integrate Dynatrace withITSM, CI/CD, cloud-native, and DevOps ecosystems . Actively contribute toknowledge managementby documenting solutions and best practices, and conductcross-trainingfor internal teams. Conductproduct demonstrations and capability presentationsfor prospective and existing clients. Identify customer challenges and coordinate with the Dynatrace team or vendor forcustom feature implementations . Ensurebest practicesare followed to maximize the value and capabilities of the Dynatrace platform. Stay current withAIOps trends and new Dynatrace features , and guide customers in adopting relevant updates.Key Skills & Qualifications: Strong expertise inapplication performance analysisand root cause diagnosis. Proven experience in deploying and configuring Dynatrace acrossvarious technologies and platforms . Hands-on experience withintegrating Dynatracewith ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow), DevOps pipelines, and monitoring frameworks. Ability to design and implementcustom dashboards, alerting rules, tagging strategies , andmanagement zones . Deep understanding of Dynatrace features and how tooptimize its usewithin different enterprise setups.Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills: Familiarity withPython scripting ,Docker ,Kubernetes , andDevOps toolslike Ansible, Jenkins, Chef, or Puppet. Experience in deliveringproduct training sessionsand showcasing Dynatrace’s advanced capabilities to customers. Dynatrace Implementer Certification .
