Job Title:Human Resource Business partner Work Location:Chennai - Thoraipakkam Working Days- Sunday to Thursday Shift: General Shift Mode of working : HybridExperience Level: 4 Years to 9 YearsJob Description:Liaison with various Business Head / associates to provide the necessary HR support/ guidance to ensure business continuity Employee Engagement, working together with management and personnel to solve conflicts and help facilitate positive employee relations, maintain a good working environment, build morale, and decrease unwanted turnover Proven leadership ability to have managed a team and also serve as an Individual Contributor Drives process improvement and/or policy definitions; to serve as a subject matter expert. Assess and improve current processes HR Onboarding - Handling the on boarding of associates, interacting with them before they join also ensuring they have a smooth transition in settling down. Payroll Processing – ensure timely compliance of payroll data to finance team, collating the required information from various team. Performance Management- Working closely with the leaders to ensure the performance management process is handled fair for all associates. Handling R & R event for the respective business unit completely. Participate in and lead special projects initiatives to grow organizational capability & socialize best practices Employee Grievances- Handling the grievances of the associates, enabling the right support is reached to them to close their grievances. To collaborate with all internal stakeholders to ensure smooth functioning of the operations Conduct Exit interviews of associates, to understand the reason towards attrition and formalize measures to reduce the same. Ability to interact, grow, and influence business leaders at varying levels by providing necessary support. To ensure timely delivery of reports across business units and ensure compliance of existing standards
