Description: Manages Global Services tea ms, including audit, data entry, reception, general administrative, project, and other Centralized Global Services teams whose duties range from general administrative assistance to providing support on client related activities. Actively participates in the creation and execution of Global Services operations and strategies to support innovation, continuous improvement and future growth of the company. Serve as a subject matter expert and key business partner to internal clients and key stakeholders on all Global Services related matters and creates operational efficiencies in providing Global Services support across all areas of responsibility.Requirements: Bachelor's Degree – Preferred 8+ years of experience in operations in customer support background. 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role or equivalent combination of education and experience. Should have handled a minimum of 20+ HC. Should have experience working in any financial services as a team lead. Excellent verbal and written communication. Candidate should be willing to work in night shifts.Note: We are not considering IT and PMO profiles at this point.
