At Social Innovation Studio, we design programs that drive meaningful outcomes, by using systems thinking and behavior science to drive real change at the grassroots. From livelihoods to gender, climate to education, we help NGOs, CSR teams, and governments reimagine how impact is designed, delivered, and sustained. We’re now hiring a Behavior Design Lead to anchor our core work around behavior change, community engagement, and implementation systems. This is a leadership-track role—ideal for someone who blends curiosity with structure and wants to turn field insights into scalable interventions that shift systems, not just symptoms.Location :Mumbai/Delhi/Bangalore (Remote-Friendly)What you'll lead As a core member of our small and agile team, you’ll take ownership of our Program Innovation vertical working across strategy, tools, and behavior change interventions. You’ll be responsible for: Managing key accounts across sectors end-to-end—from proposal to pilot to delivery Mentoring and supporting associates across multiple ongoing projects, helping them strengthen their design, research, and behavior thinking Designing behavior-informed interventions, systems, and tools that address real community or institutional barriers Facilitating co-creation processes with frontline workers, youth, women, or program teams Collaborate with visual designers and researchers to bring tools and systems to life Work closely with the Founder to push thinking, frame strategies, and grow the Innovation vertical Interface with clients and partners to ensure clarity, alignment, and resonanceQualification & Experience We’re looking for someone with: 2–5 years of experience in one or more of the following: behavioral design, program strategy, systems thinking, or public/social innovation Strong grounding in behavioral science principles, frameworks, and application Experience working directly with or for NGOs, government systems, or CSR programs Comfort with designing and facilitating participatory sessions, pilots, and field visits Excellent communication, synthesis, and project leadership skills Bonus: background in human-centered design, participatory research, or social policyWhat we offer Meaningful Work: Co-create real solutions with communities and programs on the ground Creative Freedom: Space to innovate, explore, and question how things are done Growth & Visibility: Leadership-track role with exposure to sector leaders, large NGOs, and funders Hybrid Setup: Remote flexibility with collaborative sessions and site visits Collaborative Culture: You’ll work with a purpose-driven, interdisciplinary team that cares deeply about both impact and processTo Apply: Send your CV, portfolio or sample of relevant work (deck, article, case study, etc.), and a short note on why this role excites you tohello@ Subject:Application – Behavior Design Lead
