We're looking for a sharp, proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can source and close top notch talent quickly, especially for content, marketing, and BD roles.Responsibilities : - Own the entire hiring funnel for non-tech (Content, Marketing and BD roles ) - Source at least 50 quality candidates daily - Source high-quality candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, etc. - Coordinate end-to-end hiring: JD drafting, sourcing, screening, scheduling, follow-ups, and closing - all within 1 week - Collaborate directly with founders and team leads to understand hiring needs and move fast - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of pre-screened candidates for future rolesRequirements : - 2+ years of experience in recruitment role - Prior exposure to non-tech hiring is mandatory - Proven track record of fast closures and high ownership - Strong sourcing chops, especially for passive candidates - Excellent communication skills and ownership-taking attitudeBangalore | Full-time, In-officeIf you know how to find great people and close them fast, we’d love to talk.
