Job Title :- Lead Data Analyst Location :Ahmedabad Shift Timing :2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST Experience Required :3 - 6 years Employment Type :Full-TimeAbout the Role: We are looking for a skilled and motivatedData Analystto join our analytics team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise inPower BI ,Advanced Excel , andSQL , along with a working knowledge ofCRM platforms . You will play a key role in translating data into actionable insights and helping stakeholders make data-driven decisions.Key Responsibilities: Build and maintainPower BI dashboardsanddata modelsthat provide actionable business insights. Work with large datasets to performad-hoc analyses , uncover trends, and identify opportunities. Write efficient and optimizedSQL queriesto extract, join, and aggregate data from relational databases. Useadvanced Excelfunctions (e.g., Power Query, INDEX-MATCH, pivot tables, VBA/macros) for reporting and analysis. Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and turn them into technical solutions. Analyze and interpret data fromCRM systems(e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to assess sales funnel performance, customer behavior, and lead quality. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting tools and sources. Present findings to business stakeholders in a clear, concise, and visually compelling manner.Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 3 - 6 years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role. Excellent English communication skills Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (DAX, data modelling, custom visuals). Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and extraction. Expert-level skills in Excel, including advanced formulas and automation techniques. Familiarity with CRM systems and ability to analyze customer and sales data. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
