Job Title:IT Manager (Zoho Systems Coordinator) Location:Mumbai – Colaba Department:IT Experience Required:5+ years Employment Type:Full-timeAbout the Role We’re hiring anIT Managerwho can oversee our IT infrastructure and coordinate the effective use ofZoho applications across departments. This role is ideal for someone who understands how Zoho tools work and can manage internal and external resources to resolve queries, optimize usage, and support system integration. Direct hands-on Zoho experience is a plus, butnot mandatory —what matters is yourability to understand the tools and manage the coordination effectively .Key Responsibilities Manage company-wide IT infrastructure including networks, servers, hardware, and software. Ensure system security, uptime, and compliance with cybersecurity protocols. Act as the main point of contact for all Zoho-related queries (CRM, People, Books, Inventory, Recruit, Creator, etc.). Coordinate with Zoho partners/vendors for setup, troubleshooting, and improvements. Support departments like HR, Sales, Finance in aligning their processes with Zoho solutions. Assist in training teams and improving adoption of Zoho tools. Lead IT projects such as new software implementations, upgrades, and integrations. Handle vendor management for IT hardware, software, and service providers.What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of IT management experience. Strong knowledge of Zoho applications and their business use. Excellent coordination and communication skills to manage internal teams and external vendors. Experience in system implementation, troubleshooting, and IT support.Nice to Have Direct experience working on Zoho products like CRM, People, Recruit, Books, etc. Familiarity with Deluge scripting and Zoho APIs. Experience integrating Zoho with third-party tools (ERP, HRMS, etc.).
