The candidate will work closely with model validation teams, risk managers, and IT to ensure compliance and streamline MRM processes.About the Role:The candidate will work closely with model validation teams, risk managers, and IT to ensure compliance and streamline MRM processes.Responsibilities:Lead requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation for MRM processesManage end-to-end model lifecycle governance – from onboarding to decommissioningDefine and implement BA frameworks, templates, and process flowsCollaborate with Risk, Quant, Compliance, and Tech teams to ensure model compliance and audit readinessManage and mentor junior BAs and assign project tasksDrive UAT planning and coordinate business testing activitiesPresent reports and process enhancements to senior stakeholders and leadershipQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.Required Skills5+ years of Business Analyst experience, preferably in BFSI or risk domainStrong experience in model risk governance and regulatory frameworksProficiency in SQL, Power BI, Excel (advanced), Power AutomateGood exposure to Python for data analysis or risk modeling (bonus)Excellent leadership, documentation, and stakeholder management skillsExperience in leading BA teams and setting up business processesKnowledge of tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Lucid chart.Preferred SkillsGood exposure to Python for data analysis or risk modeling (bonus)
