Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled, self-motivated, and proactive Business Development Support Specialist to join our Nuvama Asset Services Business Development team in Delhi.The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of capital markets and a strong passion for delivering exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities, particularly focussing on Fund Managers of Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) and Portfolio Management Services (PMS). • Develop, standardize, and manage databases for Lead Generation through direct client contact, industry networking, and competitive market analysis. • Collaborate with internal operations teams to enhance the overall client experience for existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. • Engage Independently with clients under Management guidance & support; to understand their requirements; offer tailored solutions, and drive revenue through client acquisition and relationship management. • Maintain a strong working knowledge of our offerings, including AIF, PMS, Foreign Portfolio Investors (FPI), Custody, Fund Accounting and Clearing services, to effectively address client queries.Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in capital markets, with a preference for candidates who have a proven track record in a sales or client facing role. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with fund managers and institutional clients effectively. • Basic knowledge of capital markets, wealth management, and the asset management industry. Familiarity with AIF, PMS, FPI, Custody, and Fund Accounting services is a plus. • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, understand client needs, and deliver solutions that meet those needs. • Self-starter with a go-getter attitude, capable of working independently to generate leads and contribute to business growth
