If you love turning high-fidelity mock-ups into pixel-perfect, responsive experiences—and have the attention to detail to prove it—read on!What You Will Do at WorkPixel-Perfect Builds Translate Figma files and design specs into clean, maintainable HTML/CSS layouts that match every guideline, font weight, and spacing unit.Responsive Development Ensure pages render flawlessly across mobile, tablet, and desktop breakpoints using Flexbox, Grid, and fluid layout techniques.Component Library Expansion Help extend our design system with reusable HTML/CSS components (cards, banners, navs) and document usage guidelines.Cross-Browser Consistency Test and debug styles to guarantee parity across Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge—both modern and legacy versions.Accessibility & Performance Bake in ARIA roles, color-contrast standards, semantic tags, and optimized assets to keep Lighthouse scores high.Light JavaScript Enhancements Implement basic interactions (accordions, modals, smooth scrolling) or hand off clean hooks to JS/React devs when complexity rises.Code Quality & Git Workflow Follow branch strategies, submit PRs with clear commit history, and participate in code reviews to uphold best practices.Teams You Will Work WithDesign – Daily collaboration to refine micro-interactions and edge cases.Frontend & Platform Engineering – Integrate your HTML/CSS into React/Next.js stacks and learn advanced tooling.Marketing & Growth – Support rapid landing-page iterations driven by A/B tests and campaign timelines.What You Will Work OnHigh-Conversion Landing Pages – Hero banners, pricing tables, and forms that load fast and look perfect.Marketing Microsites – Multi-section storytelling pages with scroll animations and interactive visuals.Design-System Repository – Tokenized color palettes, spacing scales, and utility classes for company-wide consistency.Prototype Demos – HTML/CSS click-throughs for user testing before full SPA builds.You’re a Good Fit for the Role If You’reHTML/CSS Enthusiast – Deep knowledge of semantic markup, Flexbox, Grid, animations, and pre-processors (Sass or PostCSS).Detail-Obsessed – Spot (and fix) a 1-px misalignment instantly; naturally advocate for design fidelity.Responsive Pro – Comfortable with mobile-first principles, fluid typography, and breakpoint testing.Tool-Savvy – Skilled with Figma, browser dev-tools, Git, and build systems (Vite/Webpack).
