Role Overview: To execute the transition of master data—including specifications, recipes, and plant linkages—into the SAP PLM system. This role ensures data integrity, system readiness, and cross-functional alignment across R&D, planning, and factory teams.Responsibilities:Specification System & Hierarchy ManagementUnderstand and manage the full hierarchy of specifications: Higher Order Specifications (HOS), Lower Order Specifications (LOS), and their interdependencies.Ensure accurate mapping of product and pack specifications, including ING, MIX, and CUC layers.Recipe Creation & ApprovalCreate and approve plant-level recipes in SAP PLM, ensuring all components are in “Active” status and correctly linked to plant codes.Manage alternate and version control for recipes, ensuring traceability and compliance.Plant Code Linkage & Material ExtensionCoordinate material code extensions across new plant codes for raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods.Ensure BOM generation readiness by validating recipe and material status in ECC and PLM systems.Cross-Functional CoordinationCollaborate with Specification Management, Planning, and Factory teams to ensure smooth data migration and system go-live.Act as a liaison between R&D, DevOps, and SAP support teams to resolve data or system issues.Required Skills:Strong understanding of specification lifecycle, BOM structures, and recipe approval workflows.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience required: 1-5 years.
