SAP CO Consultant – Job DescriptionJob Title: SAP CO (Controlling) ConsultantLocation: Hyderabad/Open to TravelJob Type: [Full-Time ]Experience Level: [ Mid-Level / Senior] Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled SAP CO Consultant to join our team and support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP Controlling processes. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP CO sub-modules and will work closely with finance, IT, and business teams to ensure cost-effective and compliant controlling practices. Key Responsibilities:Gather and analyze business requirements related to controlling and financial reporting.Configure SAP CO sub-modules such as:Cost Center Accounting (CCA)Internal OrdersProfit Center Accounting (PCA)Product Costing (PC)Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)Support and optimize integration with SAP FI, MM, SD, PP modules.Design and implement cost structures, planning, and budgeting tools.Participate in SAP S/4HANA migration and upgrades, if applicable.Create functional specifications for custom developments and reports.Perform unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support.Provide end-user training and support during and after go-live.Troubleshoot issues and resolve SAP CO incidents and service requests.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field.5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP CO configuration and support.Deep knowledge of controlling processes and financial integration.Experience with cost planning, variance analysis, and CO-PA reporting.Familiarity with SAP FICO integration points.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.Preferred Qualifications:SAP CO Certification.Experience in global rollouts or multi-country implementations.
