Textile Designer (2–4 years of experience) Gurgaon | On-site | Full-timeWe’re on the lookout for a textile designer who thinks in brushstrokes, dreams in color, and understands the powerful storytelling that prints can bring to a garment. AtDRAWN , our prints are wearable art. We collaborate with artists around the world and obsess over hand-painted florals, unexpected placements, and art-driven narratives. If you believe prints are more than just patterns—and should be collectible, emotional, and bold—you’ll feel right at home here.What you’ll do: Create original artwork for placement and all-over prints across categories Translate hand-drawn motifs into repeat-ready, production-friendly files Lead print research and seasonal moodboarding—trend, color, silhouette, and market Work with the production and sampling teams to scale prints for various sizes, surfaces, and fabric bases Develop globally-relevant, commercially-aware print stories that still feel distinctively DRAWN Work closely with the creative director and design team to shape each collection’s artistic languageWe’d love if you have: ✔ 2–4 years of experience in textile/print design for a fashion brand ✔ A strong command of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Procreate. ✔ Experience with both engineered/placement prints and all-over repeats ✔ Knowledge of DPI, fabric specs, file layering, and print scale across fabric types ✔ A deep love for researching art, fashion history, global textile cultures, and contemporary trends ✔ An understanding of surface development across multiple techniques (digital, screen, foil, etc.) ✔ An artistic eye with technical precision—bonus points for those who can draw or paint by hand ✔ Strong communication and time management skills—you'll juggle multiple print stories at onceInterested candidates can email their CV and a strong print portfolio to careers@
