Join us in redefining home construction standards and delivering unparalleled service to our clients.About the RoleWe at BricknBolt are looking for results-oriented and driven sales folks to join our outside sales team to help us meet our customer acquisition and sales targets. Ultimately, an exceptional outside sales representative should demonstrate effective communication and customer service skills to continually meet or exceed sales targets.Responsibilities and Duties:Communicate with all current and potential customers regularly, providing solutions as needed, and oversee all sales activity in your assigned sales territoryLeads will be generated in-house and prefixed meetings will be assigned by our pre-sales team to the respective team membersIdentify and pursue sales leads, and prospective new clients and move them through the sales pipeline from qualification to close stagesData-centric approach and come up with smart & and efficient processes for amazing customer experienceDeveloping sales strategies and following up on business leads and referralsConducting presentations and product demonstrationsWhat you should have:Minimum 1 - 5 years of experienceVery high energy levels and do whatever it takes to creatively and effectively achieve your goalsExperience and passion for engaging with customers, helping to create a culture that fosters perpetual improvementExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsPast experience working in construction or real estate is a plusWillingness to learn and open to new challengesWhat do we offer?Your responsibilities will be great and with them, will give you the freedom to do whatever it takes to deliver outstanding results, and in rewards Brick&Bolt has an amazing incentive structure for its performing employees.Salary best in the marketChance of earning up to 80k - 90k incentive per monthEarn lucrative incentives on spot conversions and ReferralsTraining, Guidance and SupportOutstanding employee review process which enables your career advancement as soon as you get ready for the next challenge
