Role DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic Senior Marketing Executive to join our Mumbai-based team on a full-time basis. As the Senior Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our market strategy, conducting in-depth research, managing communication channels, and spearheading sales and marketing efforts.Role & responsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand visibility and market share.Driving GTM (Go-To-Market) Expansion: Proactively Identifying and Cultivating Leads, Ensuring Follow-Up for Retail/Institutional/Distributor Expansion to Enhance Brand Reach.Managing Brand Activations: Coordinating, Auditing, and Expanding Event/ Activations and Partnerships. Identifying Key Vendors, Partners, and Channels for Scalable Brand Activation.Champion college presence and activation for the brandLead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, encompassing advertising, promotions, and digital initiatives.Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, including sales figures, market share, and brand awareness, to identify areas for enhancement.Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including external partners, vendors, and agencies.Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, preferences, and competitors' activities.KPIsSales KPIs, Market Share, Execution agility and timelines, effectiveness of campaigns, Devlopment and maintaining relationship with stakeholdersQualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).Proven experience in brand management or marketing roles,Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Understanding on on-ground marketing and trade marketing initiativesProficiency in market research and data analysis tools.Creative thinking and problem-solving capabilities.Experience in trade marketing or sales is a plusKnowledge of digital marketing strategies and platforms is a plus.Role: Brand ManagementIndustry Type: Food ProcessingDepartment: Marketing & CommunicationEmployment Type: Full Time, PermanentRole Category: MarketingLocation: Andheri East, Mumbai
