As a Strategic Planning & Implementation Partner for global companies, CloudLabs has seen a 200% uptake in winning high-value, high-impact and high-risk projects that are critical for the business.With offices in the US, Canada, Australia & India and with the team of 150+ experienced specialists, CloudLabs is now at an inflection point and ready for its next curve of progress.Please write & follow us here:Website: LinkedIn: CloudLabs IncEmail us: info@What we offer:We welcome candidates rejoining the workforce after career break/parental leave and support their journey to reacclimatize too corporate.Opportunity to work flexibly and permanent work from home.Competitive pay package.Experience Required: Minimum 5 years’ experience.Job Location: IndiaJob Type: Permanent RemoteKey Responsibilities:End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, for SAP professionals.SAP Module Expertise: Focus on recruiting talent for specific SAP modules, such as SAP SD, SAP HCM, SAP MM, and others.Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to find top SAP talent.Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to ensure the best fit for the role.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their recruitment needs.Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and HR teams.Requirements:5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in the IT industry with a focus on SAP modules.Strong knowledge of SAP modules, such as SAP SD, SAP HCM, SAP MM, and others.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proven track record of successful placements.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Work independently in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities.Willing to overlap the recruitment activities within the US EST time zone (up to 11.30 pm IST).Qualification:Any Bachelor's degree with hands-on experience in IT recruitment, especially SAP.Experience with recruitment software and tools.Self - starter and independently handle the activities.Note: Please apply if you have experience working in SAP modules recruitment.
