As our Production & Planning Manager, you’ll own the entire apparel production cycle—from capacity planning and T&A management to supplier coordination and OTIF (On-Time, In-Full) delivery.You’ll thrive in the space where strategy meets speed, blending sharp planning with real-time execution. We’re looking for energy, ownership, and a growth mindset.What You’ll DriveOwn Production Planning: Lead end-to-end planning with factories, including capacity, daily outputs, and raw material readiness.Pre-Production Execution: Track lab dips, fit samples, PP samples, and trims approvals—no detail too small.Order & Shipment Management: Monitor order placement, POs, and shipment alignment to meet delivery commitments.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with design, tech, merchandising, quality, buying, finance, logistics, and global offices to align priorities and plans.Supplier Engagement: Connect daily with global vendors—chasing deadlines, clearing bottlenecks, driving execution.Risk Management: Raise red flags early—fabric delays, capacity issues, quality deviations—and drive solutions with speed.Data & Reporting: Maintain real-time production dashboards, share insights, and lead root-cause analysis on gaps.Vendor Onboarding: Drive SOP clarity, performance expectations, and seamless integration for new partners.T&A & Analytics: Build and manage T&A calendars by style/class, and leverage data to turn insights into actions.Drive Urgency & Ownership: Embed a culture of speed, accountability, and operational discipline in everything you do.Who You AreA doer who brings clarity in chaos, balances urgency with discipline, and thrives on collaboration.Love for numbers, timelines, and making things happen.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple moving parts.Collaborative, and trust-building across teams and regions.What You BringA solid understanding of apparel production and sourcing timelines.Familiarity with T&A, order tracking, and vendor management.Excel skills a must; PLM or production tools a bonus.Strong communication skills in English, with comfort working across functions and vendors.Analytical thinking, problem-solving mindset, and a proactive attitude.
