Key role and responsibilities: Sourcing: Selecting desired profiles from job portals, Social networking sites, and through HeadhuntingAssessment: Personally assessing the identified talent and presenting the most suitable candidate to the client. with comprehensive skill and competence assessment notes within the set delivery timelinesFinancial Target: Achieving the set financial target for the quarter as well as annual.Management of Candidates: Efficiently coordinating with candidates as well as client and complete key processes such as - interview, Offer, and joiningPre-Sales Support: Closely working with the Sales team and support them in client acquisitionClient relationship: Manage the relationship with the assigned clients and develop new business from themClient meeting: Periodically travel to meet the clients. This includes clients based in different cities in India. Preferred Candidate Profile:Engineer / MBA (HR) having at least 5+ years of experience in manufacturing sector recruitment. Experience of leading and managing highly competent Associates and consistently achieving the set financial and non-financial target.Expertise in Executive Search ProcessIn-depth knowledge in 2-3 manufacturing sectors (Discrete / Process)Good Key Account Management skills
