Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end construction of projects from inception to handoverCoordinate with internal teams and external consultants during both pre-execution and execution stagesDrive project planning, set milestones, and implement value engineering strategiesOversee execution with reputed engineering and contracting firmsForecast monthly cash flow, finalize subcontractors, and define scopes of workTrack and report budget deviations during project executionEnsure timely drawings and technical inputs from consultants/architectsPrepare and present monthly MIS reports to stakeholdersLiaise with the sales/leasing team to fulfill client commitmentsExperience Requirement:Minimum 15 years of experience in construction project managementMust have successfully completed core commercial project as a Project Incharge
