Job Title: Assistant Manager – FICO FunctionalLocation: KolkataKey Responsibilities:1. Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements for finance-relatedprocesses.2. Prepare high-quality functional specifications to meet business objectives.3. Review, understand, and map existing finance business processes with SAPS/4HANA functionality.4. Design and execute test cases for Unit, Integration, System, and User AcceptanceTesting (UAT).5. Coordinate end-to-end testing and defect resolution in collaboration with technicaland business teams.6. Ensure accurate status reporting and timely communication on deliverables and risks.7. Create user manuals and other training documentation.8. Provide post-go-live functional support and issue resolution in SAP S/4HANAFinance.9. Conduct or support user training and onboarding activities.10. Analyze and resolve defects, support tickets, and change requests effectively.11. Maintain system documentation aligned with process and system updates.Experience & Skills Required: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance, in eitherimplementation or support projects. Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Basic to intermediate understanding of ABAP for functional debugging andcoordination with technical teams. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Good communication skills for interacting with business users and cross-functionalteams.Educational Qualifications:Candidates must possess one of the following: Full-time Engineering degree in IT / Computer Science / Electronics &Telecommunication, OR Chartered Accountant (CA), OR MCA, OR 2-year MBA / Postgraduate Degree / Diploma in Management (Finance)
