Key Responsibilities:Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of education assessment projects aligned with government and education board requirements.Design and oversee assessment tools and methodologies, ensuring psychometric rigor and validity.Apply Item Response Theory (IRT PRO) techniques to analyze and interpret assessment data.Collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders, including government agencies, education boards, and internal teams.Manage the creation of comprehensive reports, presentations, and operational documentation for project delivery and stakeholder communication.Utilize data collection tools, survey platforms, and appropriate analysis methodologies to ensure high-quality data.Support continuous improvement efforts by integrating assessment frameworks and best practices.Maintain proficiency with MS Office Suite, project management software, and online survey platforms to ensure smooth project execution.Minimum Qualifications:Post-graduate/Master’s degree or equivalent from a recognized institute.10+ years of professional experience, including at least 5 years working on education assessment projects for government entities.Demonstrated proficiency in tool design and psychometric analysis.Proven experience working with Item Response Theory (IRT PRO).Strong background in leading assessment initiatives focused on measuring student learning outcomes.Hands-on experience in project planning, coordination, and execution.Ability to work collaboratively in multi-stakeholder environments.Experience in producing detailed reports, presentations, and operational documentation for large-scale projects.Familiarity with data collection and survey tools and methodologies.Proficiency in MS Office Suite, project management tools, and online survey platforms.
