This role focuses on guiding and mentoring aspiring project managers while contributing to the continuous improvement of our project management training programs.ResponsibilitiesConduct live, interactive sessions on project management frameworks, methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall), project planning, risk management, stakeholder communication, and project tracking tools.Offer one-on-one career mentoring, project feedback, and interview preparation support to learners.Stay up to date with industry trends, certifications, and best practices to ensure training content remains current and impactful.Collaborate with instructional designers and internal teams to enhance course materials and learner outcomes.Evaluate learner assignments and help them build practical project portfolios.QualificationsMinimum 5 years of professional experience in project management or program management roles.Proficient in tools like Jira, Trello, MS Project, Asana, or similar.In-depth understanding of project lifecycle, risk management, resource planning, and reporting.Prior experience mentoring, coaching, or training individuals or teams is highly desirable.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) are a plus.Additional InformationThis is a full-time remote position with the opportunity to create meaningful impact by shaping future project managers.Compensation will be competitive and based on experience and industry standards.
