Job Location : India Job Type:Permanent Remote Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, for SAP professionals. SAP Module Expertise: Focus on recruiting talent for specific SAP modules, such as SAP SD, SAP HCM, SAP MM, and others. Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to find top SAP talent. Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to ensure the best fit for the role. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their recruitment needs. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and HR teams. Requirements: 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in the IT industry with a focus on SAP modules. Strong knowledge of SAP modules, such as SAP SD, SAP HCM, SAP MM, and others. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of successful placements. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
