From campaign setup to performance optimization, your mission will be to generate thebest return on ad spend (ROAS) . You will bring a data-driven approach, an experimental mindset, and proven success in managing large ad budgets and complex catalogs.Key Responsibilities Strategize, build, and manage high-converting Amazon PPC campaigns (SP, SB, SD, DSP as applicable). Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis tailored to our specific product categories. Optimize bids, budgets, targeting, and placements daily to hit ROAS, ACoS, and TACoS goals Create and test ad creatives, A+ content alignment, and storefront promotions that support paid campaigns Leverage tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Amazon Marketing Cloud for deep performance insights Build detailed performance reports and communicate actionable recommendations to leadership weekly Coordinate with product and catalog teams to ensure correct taxonomy, SEO-optimized titles, and bullet points Monitor ad compliance to ensure all campaigns adhere to Amazon’s policies, especially in thechemicals categoryRequirements 3+ years of experience in Amazon Advertising with a strong portfolio of high-ROAS campaigns Experience managing ad budgets of$5K/month or more Deep understanding of ad metrics like ROAS, TACoS, CTR, Conversion Rate, CVR, etc. Proven experience managing listings in the healthcare industry Strong analytical skills and expertise in Excel, pivot tables, and dashboards Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Ads Console Knowledge of third-party tools like Perpetua, Pacvue, or Teikametrics is a plus Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and work independentlyPreferred Qualifications Amazon Advertising certification(s) Familiarity with the U.S. B2C and B2B eCommerce trends Prior experience in marketplaces that deal with regulatory or compliance-heavy productsWhat we offer Competitive compensation Opportunity to scale a high-potential Amazon channel in a niche market Cross-functional exposure with marketing, catalog, and product teamsHow to Apply: Please submit your resume (via Linkedin or email), a brief portfolio of past Amazon Ads results (ROAS, spend, product types), and a cover letter explaining why you're the perfect fit for optimizing Amazon Ads for a US Ecommerce business.
