Job Title : Frontend Engineer (Solutions) Location : Remote / Kerala What You'll Do : Integrate CornerCart app into merchant's Shopify store and apps Implement custom product features in our product for customers Customize HTML, CSS and Javascript as per customer requirements Developing integrations with other apps and partners Assist our sales and support team with technical solutions to queries Optimizing onboarding and installation flow of the app Optimizing the app for performance and speed What We’re Looking For : Technical skills in HTML, CSS, & JavaScript. Key Responsibilities : Assist customers with implementation tasks, ensuring our solutions align with their specific needs and use cases. Contribute to customer onboarding processes by providing technical insights and support. Continuously identify opportunities to improve the customer support experience and product implementation processes. Requirements: Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to debug and resolve integration issues. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers. A customer-first mindset, with a genuine desire to help users succeed.
