Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experiencedBoard EPM Consultant / Specialistto manage and enhance our enterprise performance management processes using theBoardplatform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and analytics, with hands-on expertise in implementing Board EPM solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of theBoard EPMplatform. Collaborate with Finance, IT, and other business stakeholders to understand and gather requirements. Design and develop budgeting, forecasting, and reporting models within Board. Manage data integration between Board and other business systems (e.g., ERP, CRM). Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and interactive visualizations. Provide training and support to end users, ensuring effective adoption of Board. Perform troubleshooting, testing, and issue resolution. Document system design, processes, and training materials. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field. 3+ years of experience with Board EPM platform. Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes. Proficient in SQL and data modeling techniques. Experience with ETL processes and data integrations. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications: Board Certified Developer or equivalent certification. Experience with other EPM/BI tools (e.g., Anaplan, Hyperion, SAP BPC, Power BI). Background in consulting or working across multiple industries.
