Role DescriptionWe are looking for a dedicated and skilledR&D Professional – Ayurvedato join our team in Mumbai. This full-time, on-site role involves the research, development, and validation of Ayurvedic formulations and products. The candidate will lead innovation in Ayurvedic science, perform analytical and laboratory work, and collaborate closely with our production, QA, and regulatory teams. Key ResponsibilitiesConduct in-depth research on Ayurvedic herbs, classical texts, and formulation methodologies Develop new Ayurvedic and herbal formulations, and optimize existing products based on therapeutic needs Ensure regulatory compliance with AYUSH, FSSAI, and GMP guidelines Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, QA, and marketing Lead documentation processes, clinical trials, and efficacy testing Analyze scientific data, prepare technical reports, and maintain detailed lab records Stay informed on global trends in Ayurvedic R&D, nutraceuticals, and herbal innovation QualificationsMD (Ayurveda)is compulsory BAMS, M.Pharm (Ayurveda), or Ph.D. in Ayurveda or a closely related field 3 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Ayurvedic product development and research Strong understanding of classical Ayurvedic formulations, pharmacology, and raw materials Experience in regulatory documentation, clinical validation, or IP/patent processes is preferred Strong analytical and communication skills with an ability to work independently and in teams What We OfferOpportunity to work on pioneering projects in Ayurvedic R&D Competitive salary along with performance-based incentives Professional growth in a company rooted in Ayurvedic tradition and driven by innovation Exposure to both domestic and international markets in the Ayurveda and wellness sector
