Role The graphic designer is responsible for creating visually compelling designs that effectively communicate the message. The role will include translating story ideas to visuals, developing concepts, communicating with team members and clients, presenting design using software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma. As time progresses, use of AI tools and 3D tools will also be encouraged. You will ensure aesthetic appeal through typography, color theory, and layout design. The Graphic designer will manage multiple projects and deadlines, and adapt designs for both digital and print media to ensure consistency and high-quality output. Responsibilities : Visual Concept Development Understanding client needs and project goals. Brainstorming and conceptualizing creative ideas. Creating mood boards, sketches, etc. to convey design intent Designing Visual Content Designing graphics for broadcast products - QT, HyperView, Stiqy and the new products in the pipeline. This also includes translating design guidelines sent by clients for tournaments into our product. Creating layouts for websites, mobile apps, and digital platforms. Developing brand identities and style guides for Quidich products. Software Proficiency Using design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma and AfterEffects Working with 3D design, animation, or motion graphics is a plus. Typography & Color Theory Selecting appropriate fonts, color palettes, and design elements. Ensuring consistency with branding guidelines. Collaboration & Communication Working with clients, marketing teams, and developers. Presenting design concepts and making revisions based on feedback. Coordinating with print vendors for high-quality production. Time & Project Management Meeting deadlines and handling multiple projects efficiently. Maintaining an organized workflow and adhering to project timelines.
