Proficiency in English is mandatory.Job Role - Salesforce B2B Technical LeadJob Location - India (Remote)Key Responsibilities:Technical Leadership:Lead and mentor a team of developers in designing, developing, and implementing custom back-end solutions on Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud. Establish and enforce best practices and coding standards within the team.Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables.Project Management:Collaborate with project managers and business analysts to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.Development and Customization:Oversee the configuration and customization of Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.Lead the integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems using APIs and integration tools.Compliance and Risk Management:Ensure compliance with platform requirements and industry standards.Identify potential risks during the development phase and implement mitigation strategies.Innovation and Continuous Improvement:Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, updates, and industry trends.Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies to enhance project performance and efficiency.Client and Stakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide strategic solutions.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor for their Salesforce needs.RequirementsExperience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.Proven track record of leading successful Salesforce B2B implementations. Technical Skills: Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components. Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration tools, such as Flow Builder and Process Builder. Experience with Salesforce integrations and REST/SOAP APIs. Certifications: Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, are highly desirable. Leadership and Communication: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members. Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential. Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
