We are hiring enthusiastic Customer Support Agents on behalf of one of our clients – a leading and innovative brand in the online poker industry. With a mission to make online poker as exciting to watch as it is to play, catering to both novice players and seasoned pros alike, delivering a dynamic and immersive experience.As our Customer Support Agent, you will be the frontline representative of our company, interacting with customers via email and live chat to deliver exceptional support and customer service. You’ll help create a positive and seamless experience for every player, whether they’re new to the game or seasoned veterans.This is a full-time, in-office role based in Pune, India. Applicants must currently reside in Pune or be willing to relocate.✅ Your ResponsibilitiesEngage with customers via email and live chat, providing timely and effective support.Address inquiries related to gameplay, account management, technical issues, and promotions.Collaborate closely with Payment, Risk, and Fraud teams to resolve customer inquiries and issues.Address and resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.Contribute proactively to enhancing customer experience.Support team members in daily tasks and activities.Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and customer-first attitude.Suggest practical improvements to enhance business processes.
