The company specializes in interior design, furniture manufacturing, and window care, offering services across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.The Role:Seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead end-to-end financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, compliance, and strategic planning. The role requires strong expertise in financial reporting, GST/taxation.Key Responsibilities:• Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting.• Lead financial planning, budgeting, cost management, and strategic decision-making.• Manage cash flow, treasury, and risk assessment to support business goals.• Handle audits, statutory payments, and compliance with regulatory standards.• Ensure efficiency and effectiveness of internal controls and financial systems.• Develop and enforce finance policies and drive process improvements.• Provide timely MIS reports and financial insights for stakeholders.• Mentor and guide the finance team to build capabilities and ensure performance.• Leverage technology to automate processes and enhance operational efficiency.• Preferred experience in manufacturing industries, with furniture manufacturing as an added advantage.Skills Required:• Hands-on experience in managing company finances and accounts.• Expertise in financial planning, management reporting, and internal controls.• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, statutory compliances, and taxation.• Attention to detail, accuracy, and excellent communication skills.Qualifications and Experience:• 13+ years of overall experience• CA
