Below is a comprehensive job description tailored for this role:Key Responsibilities:Handle Inbound and Outbound Calls: Manage large volumes of calls in a timely and professional manner, following communication scripts when necessary. AFull time At least 9 hours availability daily for 5 days and sometimes up to 6 days is expected.
