Designation: Manager / Lead Skills / Expertise: Team LeadHierarchy Structure: This is a people manager role and position will report to Business Head Director Client service.Working Days: 5 days (Monday to Friday) Leading and Coaching:Creating, sourcing and building team of Recruitment consultantsTo manage various hiring matrix like time to hire, cost of hire, revenue per hiring.To deliver on the target number closures.Coaching, mentoring and guiding them to enable them achieve their targetsRecruitment & Delivery:Responsible for Revenue generationDefine job description and document specificationsIdentify prospective candidates using a variety of channelsHandling team of Recruiters for hiring.Design a Quality Check process for measuring the service quality levelsJudge the candidate's suitability, attitude, Academic & Professional qualification, experience, communication skills etc. before forwarding to the Business.Headhunting - generating leads and converting them.Networking with candidates to generate more leads from them.Adhering to guidelines and standards.Analysis of the technical requirements so as to understand the competitor companies in the same technical domain, which could be the target area for recruitment.Liaison & Co-ordinate between the Client and Candidates till the final placement.Ability to negotiate rates/salaries, present and sell candidates within their business areas, while ensuring that all processes are followed in line with the agreed methodology.Develop a sustainable recruitment marketing and lead generation strategyCreate a candidate persona for each open position.Conduct confidential interviewsFollow-up references and check creditsResearch into clients companyResearch into competitors and marketplaceClient Relationship :Increasing the Business Volume Client HR Spoc/ Vertical WiseMining the Accounts and adding more HR Spocs/ Business Lines from said DivisionsClient happiness quotient / Satisfaction has to be highest Key Account Management :Responsible for Handling Key AccountsIdentifying new business opportunities with existing and new clientsCommunicate with clients to determine their hiring needsDevelop and implement strategies based on clients needsPresent shortlisted candidatesPresent detailed candidate profile summariesBuild long-term client relationshipsEstimating revenue potential with each client month on month so as the plan the deliveryEnsuring the target revenues are met with respect to each client managed.End to end value chain of the Business; right from acquiring new clients, account management, invoicing and collection Operations :All Reports up to date and sent on time to all stake holderRespecting and following all laid processesClient Trackers/ Report must be updated at all timesA High level of transparency is expected with Directors in every aspect of businessBecome a key contact point for recruitment, sourcing or strategy queries/issues that arise about the recruitment team.Ability to handle a variety of position types/business groups/geographies effectively and independent.Plan, Strategize & build avenues / strategies for improvisation & scale numbers month on month.Should have developed, driven, and executed comprehensive search strategies to recruit senior and niche Candidates in limited Talent Pool.Utilized cost effective tools to reduce average spend per hire and decrease cycle times.Should be able to work on capability building of the team and retaining the best talent.Candidate Attributes : 3-6 years of experience in recruiting or similar HR role as Team Leader / ManagerHave been responsible for Revenue generationEntire years of experience in consultingExcellent understanding of recruitment processesProficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)Understanding of Recruitment Marketing software is a plusGood knowledge of candidates selection methods3+ years of experience with candidate sourcing tools and methodsCritical thinker and problem-solving skillsGood interpersonal, presentation and communication skillsTeam player and Team leaderGood time-management skillsSkills -Non IT/IT Recruitment, Client Management, Excellent Communication Skills, Negotiator Etc
