Key ResponsibilitiesManaging data and pipeline status on CRMUpdating meeting notes and other deal related data for investment bank teamTake new initiatives and share ideas for reporting and managing data on CRMAbility to think critically and analyzing resultsAssist in database management, coordination with various stakeholdersExcellent working knowledge of DealCloud CRMManage project timelines and quality of deliverables in a manner to ensure “high client satisfaction”Demonstrate strength and flair in client/requester relationship building and management, information/knowledge needs assessmentConducting analysis & performing quality control check of the outgoing reports/packs Required BackgroundGrad/PG2+ years of experience in CRM data management, DealCloud preferred The candidate should have the ability to work independently Strong communication skills to engage with the client and managing workflowGood MS Office skills
